major slowdown when pasting graphics from designer

have text flow, inserting icons into text, with some wrap settings.
if i copy-paste from affinity designer (simple icons with 5 layers at all, all vector) then after +-10th icon publishers cryes in flames - each operation takes over 20s.
if i export same icon to SVG, place icon via pictura frame tool, with exact same wrap settings, voila, zero slowdown.

I'm copying text from designer to publisher, and it slowdowns too after I copy them.

For example:

1.copy text frame with text from designer

2.paste in publisher

3.duplicate and drag text frame in publisher (it slowdowns)

Just simple text frames, no images.

Can you confirm if this is any better in the newest build (139)? It seems fine for me!
