theconspiracy
This post is to express the need of my company (and I'm sure there are many others) for a Windows version of the Affinity products. Don't forget that most designers, especially web designers, work on Windows!
Hokusai
This post is to express the need of my company (and I'm sure there are many others) for a Windows version of the Affinity products. Don't forget that most designers, especially web designers, work on Windows! Welcome to the forums theconspiracy, I'm sure that there are many Windows users who would like to be able to run Affinity products on Windows but I'm going to have to disagree with you that "most designers work on Windows". I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or not?
deeds
Window's users have CorelDraw to use. They have no need for Affinity Designer as most of what CD does is how AD will be in the future. btw CD x7.4 is FUCKING AWESOME at handling fonts. Truly a stupendous step in the right direction, that's been due in design software since about 1995, at least. Finally decent font management and discovery in a design program. 2015. That's all it took... 1985 and PostScript on a Mac to 2015 and CorelDraw's subscribers update. That's one long wait. Amazing. btw, to the AD devs, the font selection speed improvements in the current beta are SPOT ON! Well done. Don't do anything, ever, to slow this down. The drop down list, I'm talking about. It's a revelation. Lemme guess, CA table population with shouldRasterize checked? That's how you did it?
