Macavi mentioned 2 alternatives. I wasn't really wild about the image batch create. I wanted an image preview. So I did a little research and found this page with 12 alternatives. https://alternativeto.net/software/imageoptim/ It looks like there are at least 3 alternatives with image preview. Riot and Caesium looked pretty good to me. BTW: One procedure, while using Affinity, around this a focused generalization where you export 3 or 4 images then focus in on the closest one to what you want. Yes, it is time consuming, but since 2012 exacting the correct K-weight economy for the optimum display is not as essential as it was in 2004. Think about it, the average cell phone image to Farcebook is around 2G. My guestimation is that soon browsers will just do the image optimization on their own. Don't let petty inconveniences sway you from a perfectly good software such as Affinity! ⏲️ 56 minutes later ..... 😎🤗 Okay up Date : I downloaded for FREE, RIOT - Radical Image Optimization Tool . It's better than nothing, but let's hope improvements are in the pipeline...
