2on2out Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 Hey Guys, Have been using Elements and just switched and need to learn how to remove green screen. Have accomplished this with the selections but is rough even after refined wanted to use eraser tool to clean up and cannot figure out how to get any to work. Please help Banner season is close and need to refine my workflow. Quote

Bri-Toon Posted December 11, 2017 Posted December 11, 2017 I struggle with pixel selections myself. The selections target more colored values, so I would focus making selections around the subject and not the green screen. The Selection Brush Tool, Add and Subtract modes, are probably most beneficial for that. Use smaller brushes for smaller regions and larger brushes for larger regions. Then click the Refine Selection button to make it a little more precise. Once you have your selection, invert it, so the green screen gets selected instead, and just just delete it. Then it surprisingly helps to use just a little bit of a inner shadow on the subjects. That way, it doesn't just look like a cutout. Rick G 1 Quote The website is still a work in progress.
