res0722
Hi, I have been using Affinity Photo for a while now and following this forum. I use the photos app on Macbook Pro. This app is terible for organizing photos and wonder if any one is using the Pixave app as a DAM for their photos. Does it interface Affinity. Any thoughts or sugestions appreciated. Staff DWright Posted November 30, 2017 Staff Share Posted November 30, 2017 Sadly the beta is not ready yet and the entry was an internal menu test and I have changed the screen shot to avoid confusion. Fixx and Leigh
DianeF
I just started using Pixave. It integrates well with the Affinity programs. I think it's a pretty good application for categorizing photos, though it has a learning curve and it takes a lot of time to import and categorize your photos if you have a lot of them. That said, once they are imported and categorized, the search function works really well. Pixave also has an interesting Web Capture function that allows you to easily capture images from the a website. To use it, you have to install an extension on your browser, something that's not well documented in the Help files.
