I'll send a quick email to Apple to ask what's going on - we've also had this a few times ourselves in the UK store...

I saw it for a few minutes yesterday.  Seems to be an intermittent problem their end.

It will probably be fixed before you hear back from Apple. I lost all the reviews to one of my iOS apps a couple weeks ago, a day later they were back.
