Matej Junk
Hi, I get sort of lens distorted RAW (NEF - Nikon d3200) files when I open them in the new build. I've reset everything with ctrl key, and it still occurs. Cheers, Matej MSVCP140
Staff MEB Posted December 19, 2016 Staff Share Posted December 19, 2016 Hi Matej Junk, Can you please upload your RAW file using this link. This is probably due to some issue with automatic lens correction. If you disable Apply lens corrections in the Develop Assistant it should display/render as in previous builds. pgraficzny
For me the same thing - Nikon D3100 + Nikkor / Tamron - also send NEF files.

Chris_K
Hi all This will most likely be the auto lens correction having an issue. If you turn auto lens correction off in the Develop Assistant, does the image appear less distorted? Staff MEB Posted December 20, 2016 Staff Share Posted December 20, 2016 Hi Mtatej, pgraficzny, Thanks for the files. This is an issue with automatic lens correction as suggested. If you go to the Develop Assistant (menu View ▸ Assistant Manager...) and disable the Lens corrections it doesn't distort the image. However this is only happening with the latest Photo Beta 1.5.1.47 (which is not recognising the lens). They also open correctly in the Mac versions (both MAS and Beta). I logging this to be looked at. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
pgraficzny
Thank you for your answer. Correction lens AP for me is more convenient - compared to ACRaw.
Mark Ingram
I'm currently investigating the problem. Hopefully we should have a fix available soon.
