lost 3 hours of work, can't open last file at all

Why are you using a beta version for important work? Beta versions are only for testing new features. If you insist on using beta software for important work, you only have yourself to blame if something goes wrong!

Affinity Publisher 2 : Affinity Photo 2 : Affinity Designer 2 : (latest release versions) on desktop and iPad

@Iztok
I have not been able to reproduce your issue with the first file you sent, if you manage to recreate it and provide a package file that would help.
However the second file is opening as corrupt, I'll log it with the developers and see if they can find the issue.

Where are the files being saved to? Is it locally on your Mac or on iCloud?

Do you have a crash report for the second crash that occurred?

That is unfortunate and it is why we do advise that the Betas are not used for production work. If do want to use Betas for your work (which is not advised) then it would be best to at least have several back-ups in case any issues occur.

It would be helpful if you could answer these questions please.

@Iztok

If you do not provide the package file to the upload link or answer any questions we cannot investigate. Further screenshots do not help.
Once again we do not recommend you use the Beta for production work, please use the Retail versions for your design work.

Please upload the package file here > https://www.dropbox.com/request/Oyq890F9UmBNiFdMHcfh

Where are you saving the file and resources? Is it locally on you Mac or in cloud storage?

@Iztok
I can see that around half of the images in that package are missing in resources, is that the same for you?
Does the folder path highlighted below still exist on your Mac?

I have tried copying the linked images into a new document and there is no crash occurring for me, I will update the existing report with the developers with the package file to see if they can find the problem.

Well that is first problem I don't have any missing file I sent you package and when you open it, all files are missing in my documant all files are linked and now when i try to replace foto with another that I drop it in place of old photo, app crash again. So missing at your computer and link files in main is something strange.
