Hello everyone, I am writing here to ask if there is any possibility of purchasing the product when on the page when I click to buy it appears that it is not available in my region.
The free period version let me install and use it normally and I liked the program.
I don't know if using a VPN will allow me to install and activate it normally.
Note: I apologize if the writing is poorly done since my native language is Spanish and I help myself with a translator.

Welcome to the Affinity forums!

Which Affinity product are you trying to buy, and in which country do you live?

Having taken a look at your account I cannot see any reason that you would not be able to purchase anything available on the site.

Are you trying to purchase something via link on a third party site? I wonder if perhaps this is an old link that has since been removed 🤔

As Jeff requested, we really could do with a bit more info about what you are trying to purchase and how to shine a light on this.

Hi

I am trying to buy Affinity photo, and I live in Venezuela.
I don't know if there is any law that prohibits selling to this country.

Hi
I have the same doubt. If I buy it through someone outside or through VPN, and activate it here in Venezuela, will I be able to use it? The trial version can be used.

Use of the trial version doesn’t involve making a purchase, so there is no question of trade sanctions being breached.

I have a question. If I go on a trip to another country and while there I take the opportunity to buy it and install it on my laptop, then when I return to my country Venezuela will this program be disabled or will it continue to be activated? I want to understand how it works

I can only quote from the post that I attached: "We would not be able to offer advice on circumventing these financial laws."

Hi Antonio,

Unfortunately it is still the case that we are unable to sell our apps within Venezuela due to the reasons linked to above. We would also not be able to assist with advice on how it may or may not be possible to navigate around those international sanction.

Let us say however that the sanctions are in relation to the sale of our products. Should an Affinity owner find themselves in Venezuela, they would not experience any issues using the apps they have purchased from an unsanctioned location.
