I have an image which I am using to print onto transfer paper , but as the image is small I want to put five images , the same ones , onto my main desktop instead of the one ...see screenshot and print out the same five images onto the same sheet of paper instead of the same one ,  hope that makes sense !!

Who or what is preventing you from creating a new document that matches the size of the transfer paper and duplicating your image on it several times?

the question is , how to I put serial of the same images on the worktop instead of just one ...bit lost here ...thanks

Create a new document of the size you want. Use File > Place to add an image to it. Size it as needed using the corner handles of the Image layer, or while Placing it by dragging to make it the size you want. Move it around as you need. Duplicate it (Cmd+J) as needed, and move those around. Or add additional different images.

If you don't need a new file but want to print only, the print option "N-Up" might work.
