Ron P.
Welcome to the forums @alyamaisarah_d, Looks like all the Templates Presets are missing, and the Create button is greyed out. Could you try doing the Control Run up? Press and hold the CTL key while launching Designer. The Clear User Data dialog will show in front of the splash screen. The top three choices are selected by default. Leave those and press the Clear Button on the bottom right. Designer should continue to launch, and hopefully should work for you now. Another thought; Have you tried restarting Windows since you installed Designer? Years ago that was a requirement after installing software. You might try it. Corrected error. Unless my eyes deceive me, New is selected, not Templates, is selected on the left so I am not sure what you mean about them being missing. But regardless, the control run step might work. Ron said "Templates" but meant "Presets", I think.
