affinity designer AD's New Spiral Tool Featuring Pantone's 2024 Colour of the Year

I thought I'd take Affinity Designer's amazing new spiral tool for a spin in a recent Spoonflower competition. Spoonflower is a print-on-demand service for anyone who wants to buy printed fabrics and wallpaper. These spirals incorporate Pantone Peach Fuzz and Peach Blossom. Peach Fuzz is the 2024 Colour of the Year.

The image above was rendered in Cheetah 3D. The remaining images are Spoonflower mockups.

Thanks Trent. So far no sales, but I am new and still building a small portfolio of designs. The next step is to work out the best way to market the designs to people who make products out of fabric, architects and interior designers.

Just adding another design made with Affinity Designer's spiral tool. I exported the spiral to SVG for importing into Cheetah 3D. The aim was to reproduce Spoonflower's new metallic wallpapers.

 

 

I have since modified the pattern by rounding off the corners. The following mockups are generated automatically on Spoonflower.
