Lisucia Posted March 17, 2023 Posted March 17, 2023 I've accidentally turned off the Place Image Panel and now it doesn't appear! I can't figure out where to turn it back on - help!! Quote
PaulEC Posted March 17, 2023 Posted March 17, 2023 Hi @Lisucia, Welcome to the forums. When you use the Place Image Tool, and select multiple images, the Place Image Panel will appear. It's not a Studio that can remain open when empty. Just look at the Window Menu, there's no Place Image Panel/Studio, and the reason is, it's a Dynamic Panel or studio. Open when needed and closed when not/empty. Quote Affinity Photo 2.5..; Affinity Designer 2.5..; Affinity Publisher 2.5..; Affinity2 Beta versions. It's just the way the function works. What application and OS are you using? Can you give us a screen video recording so we can see what's happening? PaulEC Posted March 17, 2023 Posted March 17, 2023 Long shot - You could try: Window > Studio > Reset Studio. Then try placing images again again! I've tried resetting the Studio and I've tried closing Designer and re-opening. When I accidentally turned it off I clicked 'Close' at the top of the panel (there were the options 'Close' and 'Close Group'). You'll see in the video, I can still place images but the panel doesn't appear! Video-Fri-Mar-17-2023-14-47-10.webm Quote

The panel won't appear for single images, only appears for times you have chosen more than just one image to place.
