On Version 1 was possible to edit the pinning of imagens on the text. On version 3 the panel does not exist on the window menu and does not show when click on the little pinning icon on the layers panel

Designer has never had a Pinning panel.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

It also doesn't have (and hasn't had) a pinning icon in the Layers panel, except when you edit a Publisher file in Designer, and the Publisher file already contains Pinned items.

Even then, in V1, clicking the Pin icon did nothing in Designer.

I do not know if we are talk about the same panel

This images are from Publisher. But I'm sure that I could edit the pinning in Designer V1 to adjust the size of the inline images. The workaround now is to edit on Publisher and continue on Designer after

Yes, that's the panel we're talking about.

It doesn't exist Designer (V1 or V2), as it's a function available only in Publisher, so I think you are misremembering.

Hey all, Affinity Designer 1 absolutely has a Pinning Panel and it works great. I have been using this feature for about a year now. The panel appears whenever you paste an object into a text frame. Running Affinity Designer on MacOS, AD 1.10.6

I have proof right here:

Unfortunately it does not work in AD2, which is sad given how useful it is!

And here is further demonstration with more info.

As you can see, the smaller ellipse is pinned into the text frame, and I've got it set to scale it to pointsize.1116424879_ScreenShot2023-04-21at21_51_00.png.4bfe3450c669574f8bdf4a9ed6a67d42.png

You can pin (copy/paste) objects but the panel shouldn't show unless you're in publisher as this is a publisher only panel.
Perhaps a design glitch in the code in version1 for mac? @BenV

Perhaps you'd now like to apologise for saying it isn't in this app, when it's clearly shown working?
