You probably can't unless all three of the following are true: You are using a Mac You are running Affinity Photo V1 or V2 Your scanner shows up as a device of you select File > Acquire Image... in the window that appears. For #3, the scanner driver software that you can get from its maker must be compatible with the version of the macOS you are running. If it is it will appear there & also in the Mac Image Capture application as a supported device. You better use a native scanner app, and save as tiff file preferably with RBG/16 format. Then open the file in Photo. This workflow avoids multiple issues, and gives you consistent results on every OS, with any scanner. When VueScan saves a scanned image (as tiff), it automatically opens it in Photo. Simplifies the workflow. John Quote Windows 11, Affinity Photo 2.4.2 Designer 2.4.2 and Publisher 2.4.2 (mainly Photo). CPU: Intel Core i5 8500 @ 3.00GHz.
