In this way I also reshape the form, is there any way to do it without reshaping?

Unfortunately I'm not aware of a method that would allow for this in Designer currently - however I could see an option being added to the Point Transform Tool that would achieve this, so I'm getting this logged as an improvement request with our developers now.

I hope this helps :)

You can do this using symbols.

Create a rectangular symbol, duplicate it and then mirror left to right the second symbol.
Now what ever you place in the first symbol will be mirrored in the second instance.
