Hey there,

we just bought some business licenses of Affinity V2 Bundle. The payment process was done quickly and we received the Activation-ID and Password, but in the Applications there is no way to put these things in. Am I missing something?

Hi, you put the organisation name and activation ID into the text boxes that are presented when you download the app from our site (or if you download from a third-party app store, you click "Activate" first).

When clicking on Activate I can only put a Affinity ID & Password into it. The Activation ID is not accepted.

Did you enter the organisation name in the Affinity ID field? And the activation code in the password field?

This isn‘t working. Thats my original problem. Sorry for the bad description in the first place.

Is there a way to add one of the volume licenses to my personal account?

Ok but as described in my first post we aren't able to activate the license in the App. As it states that "The Affinity-ID and password are unknown" (translated).
I can activate it with the ID it was bought with but we can not provide everybody in the company with this ID.
