Eva_T Posted May 3, 2022 Share Posted May 3, 2022 Hello, I have installed the trial version of Affinity Photo to my laptop, however when i try to work the program doesn't respond. It freezes during or a little while after upload of different images or psd files and open new document. What can i do? I tried windows restart pc and reinstall the prograram but no change. carl123 Posted May 3, 2022 Share Posted May 3, 2022 OK, changing to Warp was just to try to narrow down where the problem lies, which is probably with your graphic card drivers Warp will work fine but for the best performance it's better to use your graphics card, so checking and updating your graphic card drivers is normally the next step to resolving this issue. But since you are just using the trial at the moment you may not want to do that if you just want to have a play with the software But if later you want to buy it then fixing the issue would give you better performance Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum.
