ronaldb Posted November 12, 2021 Posted November 12, 2021 After the last update my interface with both designer and photo are extremely buggy. Headings disappear when I scroll over them, the color wheel zooms in, or changes to another color selector completely, among numerous other interface glitches . It is almost making both the applications unusable. I am using windows ten on a dell G5 with an NVIDIA Geoforce RTX. Quote
walt.farrell Posted November 12, 2021 Posted November 12, 2021 Please check the list of third-party software that is known to cause problems: In particular, your description sounds like you may have the Nahimic Service running in Windows. Stopping and Disabling that Windows Service might be the solution for your problem. hedrickbk Posted November 12, 2021 Posted November 12, 2021 I was having the same problem with the same setup and disabling Nahimic solved the problem. However, I have no idea what Nahimic does and if I will need it operational at some point. Quote
ronaldb Posted November 12, 2021 Author Posted November 12, 2021 I do not see Nahimic in the startup programs. Where would I look to see if its on and how would I disable it? Thanks Quote
walt.farrell Posted November 12, 2021 Posted November 12, 2021 Just now, ronaldb said: Where would I look to see if its on and how would I disable it? Click the Windows Start button, type services and click on the Services app at the top of the result list. Scroll through the list and if you find Nahimic, and if it's there, you can right-click on it and choose Stop. If that resolves the problem, you can double-click on its Startup Type (which probably says Automatic) and change it to Disabled.
