Staff Chris B Posted May 28, 2021 Staff Share Posted May 28, 2021 Hey Sadham N, A recent update to what? The Affinity app or the iPad? Can you share a PSD with us? I've just tried and it's fine - there might be something we don't like in the PSD, perhaps. Also, what happens when you try to open? Nothing? Do you get a blank screen or does nothing happen? Does it crash? Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
Sadham N
It’s actually after the affinity update. When i try to import a psd file, the psd file i locate stays unselectable. I try to import different psd files but still not even a single psd file that i locate on my device looks selectable.

Paul Mudditt
You must have installed an Adobe app. Adobe assumes total control of PSD files on iPadOS preventing Affinity from accessing them. Uninstall the Adobe app is the only solution. Quote My dad always told me, a bad workman always blames their tools…. Just waiting for Ronny Pickering….. But what if i want my adobe apps too? as I told you it works with a bit of a workaround...I ve just done it: I mainly use Affinity Designer but sometimes do vector drawings in Adobe Fresco (free version) after finishing it I go to "export" either as pdf or psd...send to...Affinity...that works fine, done it many times (newest version of AD)
