I agree. But the Affinity applications require the user to handle that, at least on Windows. If you make the window too small (by scaling or by simply decreasing the window height) the bottom of the Tools panel can disappear off the screen. I'm on a 17" laptop with the window maximized with a 1080p display. There is nothing for the user to handle in this case. I could change screen resolutions, but I shouldn't have to. And you are currently running with Windows set for the recommended resolution and the recommended display scaling (probably 100%)? If so, then it feels like something is wrong. If so, then it feels like something is wrong. I was actually at 150%. I reduced Windows display scaling to 145% and I can see ALL of the tools now.
