DarkClown
When I close unsaved files in the program and close the program itself, AP reloads all the previously closed photos into the workspace again after restart. Not sure if this is a bug or a feature but I would surely recommend to only reopen those files that have not explicitly been close before. Maybe there's a setting for this behaviour that I have not found yet? Possibly it makes sense to add the feature "Close all" aside the "Close" command for pictures. (I just had to manually close 35 open files ... that all opened again after restarting the program) Cheers, Timo Quote i7-12700KF, 3.60 GHz, 32GB RAM, SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, Wacom Intuos 4 Tablet, Windows 11 Pro - AP, AD and APublisher V1 and V2https://www.timobierbaum.com

There is this, but I would not expect it to apply to documents that you have explicitly Closed before you tell Photo to exit: I'm not sure whether you're referring to: manually closing documents, then clicking the X to close the application, or clicking the X and then (if needed) responding No when asked whether you want to Save the file. If you close the documents before clicking the X I would not expect Photo to reopen them. DarkClown
I have to recheck ... Maybe I used the "Close Application" command so I don't have to explicitely close all windows manually and confirm the "Do not save" Option ... That's why a "Close all" command would be handy ... 🙂 would ensure files not to reopen in this case ...(despite the checked setting as shown in your screenshot) Quote i7-12700KF, 3.60 GHz, 32GB RAM, SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, Wacom Intuos 4 Tablet, Windows 11 Pro - AP, AD and APublisher V1 and V2https://www.timobierbaum.com

Thx Psenda If I count well, it's even 3.5 years :-) The lack of some basic, and from the point of view of programming also completely elementary functions, is sometimes really sad and incomprehensible. I understand that Vector Transformation tools require time and highly specialized programmers, but Close All features can be mastered by any student of programming in minutes. Therefore, I think that Serif intentionally puts these requirements into version 2.x, in order to get enough motivation to upgrade existing users. So unfortunately we will wait for them for a few more years 😞 lepr and DarkClown 2 Quote Affinity Store (MSI/EXE): Affinity Suite (ADe, APh, APu) 2.5.5.2636 (Retail) Dell OptiPlex 7060, i5-8500 3.00 GHz, 16 GB, Intel UHD Graphics 630, Dell P2417H 1920 x 1080, Windows 11 Pro, Version 23H2, Build 22631.4317.
