AffPhoto 1.8.4.(Mac): Rasterize curves

Recommended Posts

Hello, all

In Photo 1.8.4. (Mac) :

Please have a look at the attachment :

I've been trying to rasterize a bunch of curves all in one go but the result is that only 1 curve of the buch is rasterized into a pixel layer.
The curves were drawn in Photo with the pen tool, on a separate layer.

Select all curves via the layer panel > click rasterize  just one is rasterized, the rest remain as they are, see selected curve in the attachment.
Possibly this isn't even possible to do - I don't know.
Could someone please enlighten me ?

Thanks a lot, as always,

Best,  Catlover

If the document consists of the curves you wish to be rasterize then you can right click in the layers panel and choose Merge Visible.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Thanks,everyone.:(

I had been hoping for a way to end up with an X-number of separate pixel layers, but alas  ...

I completely misunderstood your problem. I shall think on it but can't come up with anything off the top of my head.

Thanks Old Bruce.

Don't spend too much time on it - I guess it just isn't possible.

Logically speaking I think  it would mean that the program would have to perform this (but I might be wrong, I'm not a programmer) :

Select all curves  > process each individual curve into a pixel layer.

You'd have to have one hell of a processor to get through that lot in any reasonable amount of time.
Or maybe the programming involved would be extremely complicated - who knows.

anyway, thanks for your answer.

Best,

Catlover
