Staff stokerg Posted June 24, 2020 Staff Share Posted June 24, 2020 Hi rikkarlo2 and Welcome to the Forums, Having played around with this, I'm not aware of a way to do this. Hopefully if someone else is aware of a method they will see this and reply

But, once you exit the gradient tool you lose the ability to work with it again. Instead use the gradient on it's own shape and use that to mask the blur. The gradient controls will remain available .... and available while in the mask position. Make sure the gradient is going from 100% Opacity to zero, not black to white. Do not "Rasterize to Mask". Do not use "Mask to below". (you can also get the same ability by adding a gradient to a fill layer. Gradient will still be editable.) Add more stops to the gradient for more control... conical blur.mp4 Alfred, thomaso and appearsharmless

Sorry for the late response, I just figured out that I read the comment through my cellphone and I didn't answer at the time, but I indeed used your method thanks!
