Ken Cope
Hi, I'm unable to create true elliptical fills - the fill tool is being constrained to circular as both outer nodes move together instead of independently. Thanks haakoo. I hadn't noticed that. The previous default behaviour was that it was off, I wonder why the change? Aammppaa
Definitely a better default for bitmap fills. Can be over-ridden with Ctrl + Rightmouse modifier (on PC). So perhaps there should be a user preference or Assistant option to set this to the preferred one? I think it is less about the particular type of fill one uses as it is about workflows where constrained or unconstrained fills would be the preferred default. At least the setting seems to be 'sticky' while the app is running so it has to be changed once per launch if it is not the option one wants.
