fannypack got a reaction from owlp in why .icc and not .dcp camera profiles ?
I would like to add a +1 for this issue. I am currently using another raw processor to feed intermediate tiff files into affinity as the raw developer in affinity always creates horribly slipped colors for extreme blues and reds

fannypack got a reaction from owlp in CameraProfiles; I want to use .dcp camera profile. How do I instal then into AP?
I would be thrilled for this to be made a reality. Affinity is a powerful "photoshop" type tool but I will use other programs to develop raws.

You can create a new Live Stack Group by selecting the layers and choosing “Arrange → Live Stack Group” from the main menubar.

It depends on what software you are using. You can't actually crop it, but you can mask it or clip it.
In Designer, you can use the Vector Crop Tool. Just drag the edges and that will crop (technically mask) the placed image.
In Photo, there is no crop tool. The easiest way is to place a rectangle over the image (the rectangle must have a fill colour). Right click on the rectangle layer and choose 'Mask to Below'. That is pretty much the same as what the Vector Crop Tool does.
The other option is to place the image inside a clipping rectangle. That 'clips' the image inside the shape. All you need to do is draw a rectangle, then drag the image to the clipping position of the shape, which is at the bottom below the layer name. Not over the layer thumbnail!. You can do that in both programs.

    Hello,
I can not find a Bitmap mode in 1-bit Photo Affinity off I need to process files that keeps strictly their mode and their resolution.
This is copydot files and it is important that it be treated as such.

It is provided a 1-bit Mode?

If that were the case , it might be interesting to have a true improvement over Photoshop that generates moiré patterns when you want the resample .

When you add layer effects to layer they are indicated in the layer panel with an "fx" icon next to the layer. However if you modify the blend ranges for a layer they are not indicated in any way, and the presence of the blend range setting is only visible if you know to open the blend options cog icon. With many layers this can become confusing. Please add a cog icon next to the layer in a similar fashion as the fx icon when the blend range options are not on the default setting to indicate their presence.

    Hi,

Could you give us a way to save interface layouts, with customized toolbars and palettes layouts?
