[Loading custom preset with webp crashes Affinit Photo V2 on Mac]

Hi,

This is in the export persona:

Exporting 5 slices (1000w, 2000w, 3000w, 4000w and 5000w at the same time with webp crashes Affinity 2 Photo on Mac OS 12.6

This is with a custom made pre-set containing the webp extension. As soon as I load the preset I get the crash! 

I attached the crash report in a PDF.

Did you link to your application folder and then to the individual apps one by one by clicking "add" like in my example?

You should not copy any files.

Did you load an image in Affinity Photo? Otherwise the plugins are greyed out!

With Version 1 I could open Designer and Photo in Sublime Text  like this:

"application": "Affinity Designer.app",

Now with V2 I can't open them for example like this:

"application": "Affinity Designer2.app",

Purchased the Universal license and want to install the affinity apps on my iPad. The downloads are in my Affinity account I purchased the stuff from Serif directly! Not from the app store.

They gave a general discount for everyone (owners of V1 and new customers) at the same time, because upgrades (discounts) from the app store etc. brought some difficulties with it, so be happy because you can get the full suite for all platforms for € 119,99 that's peanuts considering the fact that I have used V1 for many many years.

I like to thank the Serif staff for the incredible achievement they made with this new upgrade. It looks very nice and it seems to run smoother on my Mac's and Windows 11 computers. The addition of the new file extensions like webp is a big plus too and a huge timesaver when exporting for the web that I do almost every single day!

Why would you need slices in this case? Is it not an idea to automate it? I don't know what you want to accomplish of course!

Are you sure this is about the latest Mac OS?

This is the Application Support folder, I have the Affinity Store version of Photo.

All I can think of is It's a good processor, but it's clocked on a low frequency of only 1.3 GHz base. It can be overclocked till 3.5 GHz for each 4 cores. But you have to know what your doing!!!!!

But the principal is the same! My question was not about the colours (that could be any color or transparant and wouldn't change a thing! ) but the way to customize icons in a quick way.

And sadly that doesn't work well in Affinity Designer!
