Thank you, I'll take a look, if I'm still giving error, I'll respond again.

    Crashing all the time

Hi, I have a file that I'm working on and I'm doing a vector outline in an image, and every time, EVERY HOUR, EVERY MINUTE, it is closing the program without warning ... I have to save every trace so I do not lose my progress. I am sharing the file. 2_Semestre.afdesign
  3. I discovered a trick to export an .Affinity file into .PSD while maintaining the possibility of editing text. Lets go. It's quite simple: 1. Save your file in PDF (for export) 2. Open in Illustrator and export to PSD (while retaining text editing) Ready! Simple right? Here's a video showing you step by step. It is worth remembering that some things can get lost but if you simplify the Affinity file it will get easier to turn it into PDF and then PSD and keep all fonts editable. In my tests I had a group of texts inside a layer with opacity and this was lost, but if I take this text from the layers it is possible to keep editing (the video shows some tests) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-p3J1umYIg

    Perfect pixel-align bounds

Lately when I create a 1px line in the middle of the page, AD aligns creating a 2px line with 50% opacity.
  5. Also I think we need improvements when it comes to exporting quickly and simply ... Photoshop does a great job with "Generator"

Another question: Is it possible to configure Affinity so that every time I export (export persona) it goes straight to the folder that has the original file? Currently every time I export something it goes to the last folder I exported, even if it is a totally different file, I need to search every time for the folder I want to export, it takes a lot of time. Just so you have an idea of my workflow: Photoshop: 1. open file 2. duplicate the folder 3. edit the folder image 4. Change the folder name by placing .jpg 5. ready Affinity: 1. open file 2. duplicate the folder 3. edit the folder image 4. Change the folder name 5. go to the export person 6. Add the folder to the export list 7. edit the size of the slide 8. export 9. search the original folder 10. ready I take 3x more time than in photoshop, I think step 7 (we already talked), and 9 can be significantly improved. And step 6 could occur automatically if the copied folder was already in the list of items to export (maybe have this option in settings)

    My first impressions

Hi, thanks for the tips. Question of the bar. See picture 1, I'm trying to customize them, I wanted them in the two "People". But they do not save properly when I restart the program. Question of save faster (respecting the mask) What I'm trying to do is save a layer but respecting the size of the mask I'm using, see image 2. PSD import issue In Affinity Photo gave the same problem, I am sending the attached file for you to take a look (it also has the masks I am wanting to cut to save (topical top)). The issue of exporting PSD with font I have already seen on other topics that you are working on for this, for me this will make the differential, for now I will need to wait and use Afinnity for personal projects ... Thanks stadium-2016.psd
  8. I think this is a bug, in my it is also not working the default settings ... i use Affinity on windows
  9. Yes, this is confusing, needs to be improved.
  10. Although I'm looking for an alternative to photoshop for linux I found for windows, but it was a great find. I'm trying the trial, but wanted to give my feedback. I loved the tool and I'm crazy to convince my company to make the switch, but I have some concerns (especially one), and I'd love to know if there are plans to solve them. First of all, sorry for my english, I'm from Brazil. (I tested Affinity Design on WIndows 10) Here we go: Things that bother me, but I could live without: 1. drag an object with the mouse somewhere else. In photoshop we have the option to disable the "auto selection of objects", I love this option, mainly to drag small icons. In Affinity Design I had to zoom all the time to hit the icon ... 2. ctrl+enter (ctrl+return) transforms text into curve I know I can change this in the shortkeys, but I think it's nice to warn because anyone coming from photoshop will find this very strange. In Photoshop this shortcut does something totally different (it releases from the text editing), here it turns into curve ... as I was accustomed, suddenly I saw all my texts in a curve and I had to rewrite everything ... 3. inconsistency in shift + Exactly what they described here: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/37176-i-think-we-need-to-talk-about-shift-resize-object/ 4. how to crop the page? In photoshop do we have the option "Resize image canvas" is there something for this in Affinity? 5. Shortkeys for symbols Is there any way to set shortcut to create and unlink a symbol? Webflow use "ctrl+a" and "ctrl+shitf+a" Bug Found: 1. Customize the entire bar In the "pixel persona" it does not save any of my changes, in the "drawn person" it saves what I added, but then adds what I took. Things that worry me a lot: 1. "Export person" In Photoshop I need only put ".jpg" or ".png" in the layer's name... that ready... it exports ... here no, I need to go to the persona, I need to select which layer i want, and, what irritated me the most, I need to resize the slide every time, in photoshop it cuts according to the mask, not here, it selects everything ... if I made a mask, why do I need the total size of the object? This is the tool that I use most in photoshop, and here is much more work, if at least the slide followed the mask I would already be happy ... 2. import / export in PSD And here is the most important ... Recently I was importing a PSD, despite that I have not found any difference, he gave me this warning (img1.jpg)... In the future I no longer want to have photoshop on my computer, and my company sometimes receives a PSD from another company, if I open a PSD from another person and find this message I will think the result is totally different from the original ... this message Does not say anything, it would be nice to at least tell me what went wrong, which layer did not matter correctly ... There was another file that I opened that contained "clipping mask", and the layer simply did not appear in Affinity (img2.jpg) ... how will I know if Affinity imported PSD right? And how will I know if it exported right? One idea would be to create a layer with a JPG of the whole file (merge all layers), so at least I would know what is missing ... importing and exporting blind is very bad. Unfortunately everyone uses PS, and my main security in Affinity was the possibility of importing PSDs correctly, otherwise it would be impossible to change tools. But overall, I'm impressed with the tool, it has everything I need and more ... the symbols are amazing ... I should buy the tool even if I can not use it now to support you, but I would like to Receive an answer on this issue of importing and exporting PSDs. Congratulations on your work.

    Linux. Seriously now.

I do not use linux because of Adobe, it would pay easy to have Affinity for linux! :) Just let me know when you have the kickstarter.
