  1. This file errors on export for me if I export to certain presets, but I'm not getting a crash Can you upload the crash report that is generated?

  6. Does this happen in a new document? If you go to Preferences > Performance and change the display renderer, or disable hardware acceleration do you find it changes the behavior at all?

  8. If you could pass them on i'll take a look, it does suggest there could be a slight problem with your .NET installation (but I would have hoped the tool would clear it up)

  10. @psvancara I split this as i think it's a different crash to the one we are seeing a few users get whilst registering. That crash report is crashing in an nvidia DLL, can you try updating your graphics drivers and letting me know if that helps?
  11. @fadmedia Can you confirm if you see the registration dialog or does it not even get that far before freezing? Did you register Photo successfully? @Mugge Are you able to load and create new documents, it's just that publisher starts to freeze when doing so? Or is your app just freezing before it gets chance to do that? Did you have no issues before installing the additional content?

  15. Hi @hantoo Can you check that your graphics drivers are on the latest version? Can you then navigate to %appdata%/Affinity\Publisher\ and rename the 1.0 folder to 1.0 old, relaunch the app and let me know if still crashes on runup? Thanks

  19. @Tarthur Are you on 1.9? Do is happen with a blank document? If not, can you upload the file you are exporting here? Are you using any specific export settings or not getting that far? Thanks

  23. Hi @JKCalhoun, I've been scrolling around in a few documents on an M1 MacBook and not had any crashes so far. If you try the latest beta here do you get the same behavior? Do you find this is specific to that certain document? If so, and it crashes on beta, is it possible to upload it here? Thanks
