Haben Sie Antiviren- oder Malware-Apps von Drittanbietern installiert? Vielleicht wurde Affinity Photo 2 nicht mehr ausgeführt?   5. If you purchased from the Microsoft Store you can just log into the Microsoft Store on the new machine, redownload the app and log in with your Affinity ID (email & password) details used to register the licence.

  7. Unfortunately, we're aware of an issue affecting users on macOS Ventura when trying to save to an external drive such as a flash drive that has a FAT partition. You will be able to initially save to the flash drive as expected but any subsequent saves to the same file will give the error: "Failed to save document. Save failed because access to the file was lost. The document must now be closed." This issue is logged with our developers for further investigation but saving locally and to a non FAT partitions is unaffected.
  8. The error "The data area passed to a system call is too small" can appear when trying to run Affinity V2 on Windows. This issue is related to how Affinity V2 installs into the WindowsApps folder and Microsoft SQL Server.   9. Thank you. I can confirm that your email is with the Customer Service team. As you can imagine, since the launch of V2 both Customer Services and Technical Support have been inundated with support contacts and we're currently working our way through these contacts on a first come, first serve basis.   13. This is happening because you need to the App Installer app from the Microsoft Store. However the Microsoft Store isn't available on some versions of Windows LTSC/LTSB. I would suggest that you contact your Affinity account manager to discuss this further
