License Activation behind Proxy

zipster posted a topic in Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Hi, today we bought version 2 of Affinty Desinger. After the installation he wants us to activate the license. The problem is that we are sitting behind a proxy and it gives us the error message "There was a connection problem with the server" Where can you store Affinty Desinger Proxy data. Or is it faulty with something else?
