Affinity Photo 2 not installed on my system. I go to the Windows Store, download and install. When it offers to open the app, I click and get this- When I try to run from the Start Menu, this is all that happens- Affinity err 5.mp4 What aflaunch.exe file? This app should run like any other!

It's been almost three weeks now, and a vast silence from Serif. Is there any news other than "It'll shine when it shines?" Should I be asking for a refund? I've been using your products since the beta. Somehow I expected more- at least some communication!

I had not heard about that- I'm thinking that would be a solution for me. Where did you hear this, and was there an approximate date mentioned?

Just tried that- apps install fine in new account- unfortunately, I cannot use those apps in my normal account, where they still won't install. No sharing of WinApps!

No, nothing like that at all. Other than using SyMenu and Directory Opus, my system is very vanilla. That's what makes this so puzzling- though I've never installed anything with this method before.
