Hi eggimage, Currently you would need to use a 3rd party app for this. This feature has been requested before and maybe included in a future update.

Hi Allan.Lim Welcome to the forum, You would need to export each open project to iCloud, If you open a project and go to Document > Export you can then select iCloud. -

Hi john S B Welcome to the forum Select your layer in the Layers tab, then select the 3 dots on the toolbar on the left hand side. Here you will see the option for Duplicate. -
Hi Carole. You may need to contact Apple for help with this. It is only possible to download the OSX versions of Affinity apps from the Mac App Store directly so we couldn't provide you with another option i'm afraid. You would need to be logged in with the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the app originally.

Hi saivan, This isn't possible at the moment i'm afraid. they would need to be prefixed manually. I will move your post over to the feature requests/improvements section to be considered for a future update.

Hi Rick (4)F. Welcome to the forum If you had purchased the apps from the Apple App Store, you wouldn't have an account on the Affinity website. You would need to create a new account. What are you trying to log in for exactly?

Hi Raj sahu, Affinity apps are only available as a download i'm afraid. Both Designer and Photo can be found on our website here.

Hi firechannel You should be able to find it in the Photo persona, as shown in the screenshot. are you not seeing this? If not, please provide a screenshot.

Using Cut on a Selection

Hi ttibsen With regards to your screen recording, I can see you have 'Subtract' selected, if you change this to 'New' you should be able to make a selection. For copying a selection to a new document, make your selection then go to Photo Persona. Under the Commands menu, select Pasteboard then Copy, then go to the Welcome Screen to open a new project, then you can go to Pasteboard>Paste. EDIT: Lee D beat me to it! -
Hi The easiest way to do this is select the View Tool, go to the context toolbar and change the document units in the dropdown.

Comparing images

Hi Littletank If you open the two images separately, you can click Window > Separated Mode and this will allow you to see both projects. Alternatively you could insert the image into the same document using File > Place and reposition the image. -

Hi rfields Welcome to the forum It isn't possible to export directly to Photos, but if you use the Edit in Affinity Photo extension (in Apple Photos) the image will be sent back to Apple Photos after you edit it in Affinity once saved.
