I think you will need to find them and put them back into applications and then run each one once, but I have not confirmed that if you would rather wait for another member of support who is in front of a Mac, then I would understand.

Affinity Publisher is required for this as you suspected.

StudioLink is not an option, it's just what we called the function that gets the Designer and Photo Persona buttons to function. If the buttons work for you, there's nothing more to do.

Any Mac App Store apps MUST be up to date (new version 1.7.1 in Updates and Downloads) and have been run at least once for SutdioLink to function in Affinity Publisher

@shetlerp Update the MAS both Photo and Designer to version 1.7.1 (downloads and updates in the Mac App Store),. Then run them each once and StdioLink should function as expected.

@Jedidiah23 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums This should work, so a few questions please Has your Affinity Photo come from the Mac App Store? Has it updated to the recently released version 1.7.1 yet Is it installed in the Applications folder?

@fmz Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums Please can you go to "\%ProgramData%\Affinity\Common\1.0\appinfo\Release" and delete the Designer Release.appinfo. Once deleted, re-run both Designer and then try the StudioLink again.

The full download is 379 MB (397,611,280 bytes) and in it's File "Properties" has a "Digital Signature" tab with a date of 17 ‎June ‎2019 10:31:04

Hi, Sorry to hear that. Are your Mac App Store Designer and Photo installed in the Applications folder? If not can you try moving them ther and running them again. Are you definitely using the Release Publisher (not the last beta)

No problem whatsoever. having the exact same number as the beta it was bound to happen.
