PhotoPlus x5

I have had and used PhotoPlus x5 for many years. Having recently updated to Windows 10 I cannot reinstall. Is this because it is not compatible to Windows 100 or is there a way I can do this. Any help would be appreciated.

These forums are solely for discussions of Serif's newer Affinity products, Fred.

The "legacy" products such as PhotoPlus are supported only through the community forums, which Pšenda linked to just above.

Simply follow the link to the forums at https://community.serif.com/, where you will be able to register by clicking on the "Log in" button and following the instructions from there.

Serif already has the address, anyway. If you follow @Pšenda’s link to the other thread, you’ll find a post from @DWright where he indicated that he had sent an email about the issue.

I have been using Photo+ X5 for many years and love it, recently I am getting an error message when I select Save,

error message "Graphic filter not found"

can somebody please advise me on what is going on,

all help and advice appreciated

to those who are having problems with windows 10, I used the program on 10 and now 11 since 11 came out and never had any problems until now and this error has just started

Welcome to the Affinity forums, @HarryC.

Support is not provided here for the legacy "plus" applications; only for the current Affinity range. There's a FAQ detailing this, and describing an external site that offers unofficial support for the legacy Serif products, which you should use instead of this forum, as mentioned above. Thanks.
