I have had and used PhotoPlus x5 for many years. Having recently updated to Windows 10 I cannot reinstall. Is this because it is not compatible to Windows 100 or is there a way I can do this. Any help would be appreciated.

I am new to this. I have recently set my computer to factory standard because of hacking. It was originally Windows 7 but is now Windows 10. I have tried to install my Photo Plus x5 but have not be able to do so. Is this because of the updated Windows ? What do I have to do to proceed. Any help would be appreciated.
