walt.farrell
Welcome to the Serif Affinity forum. What OS, and where did you purchase each of the 3 applications? Have you run the retail versions of Photo 1.7.1 and Designer 1.7.1 at least once before starting the retail version of Publisher? As Walt pointed out you have to run the programs Photo and Designer. Plus they must all be in the "Applications" directory, not in a subfolder or different drive. (I don't do windows so take this last bit with a lot of salt). As you say pinch of salt. This is macOS specific advice and not relevant to Windows where they can be anywhere. Staff Patrick Connor Posted June 20, 2019 Staff Share Posted June 20, 2019 @HenriKoo Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums Please go to "\%ProgramData%\Affinity\Common\1.0\appinfo\Release\" and delete the "Photo Release.appinfo" and "Designer Release.appinfo" files. Once deleted, re-run both Designer and Photo and try StudioLink in Publisher again.
