Licence Key - wrong sytem

Recommended Posts

I just created an account in this forum for the same exact problem but in reverse. I accidentally bought the Mac version instead of the PC. ^_^'

I messaged Affinity in Facebook. I may or may not hear from them. In worst case scenario - if they can't help us -  maybe we can trade our keys.

Hi @Mischugo and @Yurai,

Sorry for the late reply, we've been overwhelmed with contacts since the launch of Affinity Publisher and our 1.7 updates.

If you have made an incorrect purchase, please email affinityreturns@serif.com to request a refund. After which you can purchase the apps again for the correct operating system (the system is chosen at the checkout and default to that which you are using).

Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.

Lets change the licenses.

Affinity can't handle it. Here you are to blame yourself. Affinity never. You have to look at the company more than 2 x otherwise you have unfortunately bought wrong. Has not happened to me with all programs in the last 25 years. But why does this not surprise me here. Too much trust is not always good :-)

Refund?

As @StevenS said above, email affinityreturns@serif.com to get a refund. You need to do that by July 3, as the refund policy is good for 14 days from date of purchase (or availability on the case of a pre-order).
