DLAJr_
On several iPad Pro I have been experiencing a text glitch when I paste text onto my document it will have an unremovable white background. This limits my functionality because now I have to type everything to avoid a colored background on my text. Staff Chris B Posted May 31, 2019 Staff Share Posted May 31, 2019 Hey DLAJr_, Where are you pasting the text from? Is it editable after you paste? I've pasted some text in from our forum on Safari and it doesn't have a background and is editable. I'll wait for your pics. Yes the text is still editable (thankfully) however the only way to get rid of the text background is to type everything end. I’ve been had the problem but I just found this forum upon getting the 1.7 beta.
DM1
@Chris B strangely dragging and dropping doesn't work with text but copy paste does. M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). DM1
@DLAJr_ Another option. When you have finished editing the text you could apply an Erase White space filter to the layer. It will remove the white but will rasterise the layer so no longer editable. It will have a transparent background so you can place it over over layers..
