Ian Tasker Posted May 28, 2019 Posted May 28, 2019 Hi - since the last upgrade Affinity Publisher files on my iMac files have become smaller once I have made small changes. For example one project was 366MB and is now only 189MB with only minimal changes made. Is this right? Should I worry?

Gerard O Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 Link resources are treated differently and this will reduce the file size. I think there is a note on the Publisher beta forum but cannot find it right now Desktop Applications V1 and V2 Window 11 Photo 2, version 2.5.7 , Designer 2 version 2.5.7 Publisher 2 version 2.5.7
Staff Jon P Posted May 29, 2019 Staff Posted May 29, 2019 As Gerard O has said, we handle linked images differently now, so the reduction in file size is likely due to that. Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com
