Hello everyone, for a few months now we have been using this trial software to generate brochures and technical manuals. Some automatisms are lacking for this type of work, but we have been favorably impressed of the product, congratulations. Let's say that for us a fundamental function is missing, a format for publication on the WEB in addition to the classic pdf.

Well, i suppose that i can just use PagePlus if i want to create HTML pages, i guess.

{Arrgh!  i just realised that i referred to PagePlus as PublishIt, the DTP i used before it, in another post.}

I have never come across a print publishing application that made a decent HTML editor. I would avoid this approach at all costs and use a CMS approach to ensure your code is fast, easy to edit and viewable across a wide range of devices such as tablets and mobile devices.

There should be an ‘Edit’ link at the bottom of each of your posts (unless the thread in question has been locked).

As an aside, I hope no software publisher has ever seriously considered releasing a DTP product under the name Publish*t!!

Oh, yeah - it was a program for Apple II, back in the days before Apple turned into the Evil Empire and Jobs oversaw the murder of the IIgs, which was vampirising the sales of his then-money-losing baby, the Mac.

It's still available in a PC version; i don't THINK the hyphen was part of the name WayBackWhen...
