If you learn to work with vector drawings instead of raster images, they’ll look super smooth at any size.

As for “an image like this one” or “eyeglasses images in general”, are you asking how to draw them yourself or where to find them for free?

How do I get rid of pixelated images that look like there is a whole bunch of white pixels around a colored image? I can’t figure that out.

It sounds as though you’re referring to antialiasing, where a coloured image on a white background has off-white pixels around the edges. Without antialiasing, the edges would look jagged: once again, vector drawings don’t suffer from that problem.
