ronnyb
It would be great in the Swatches Palette to be able to: 1. Select / deselect contiguous swatches using Shift + Click 2. Select / deselect multiple individual swatches using Cmd + Click 3. Add Selected Unused Swatches command to the Swatches palette hamburger menu. This, followed by the Delete Fill command, is all that's missing for easily cleaning up files and getting them ready for pre-press, i.e., deleting unused elements (in this case a Document colors / swatches) for pre-flighting and outputting. 4. Add the ability to group swatches into folders to the Swatches palette hamburger menu. This is really useful for collaborating and sharing files and keeping things organized as well. Tanks for all you do! A_B_C
These ideas are very nice … I am inclined to add "as always", Ronny … ;) ronnyb
ronnyb
Thanks Alex, but I cannot claim them to be mine :) It's just stuff you pick up over the years of doing this work, specially for the back-end/pre-press folks, these things help make managing jobs easier... AshTeriyaki
I'd also have a straight up "delete unused" command to save the extra click :) Petar Petrenko and ronnyb
