ronnyb Posted April 17, 2015 Posted April 17, 2015 It would be great in the Swatches Palette to be able to: 1. Select / deselect contiguous swatches using Shift + Click 2. Select / deselect multiple individual swatches using Cmd + Click 3. Add Selected Unused Swatches command to the Swatches palette hamburger menu. This, followed by the Delete Fill command, is all that's missing for easily cleaning up files and getting them ready for pre-press, i.e., deleting unused elements (in this case a Document colors / swatches) for pre-flighting and outputting. 4. Add the ability to group swatches into folders to the Swatches palette hamburger menu. This is really useful for collaborating and sharing files and keeping things organized as well. Tanks for all you do! LilleG and A_B_C 2 Quote 2021 16” Macbook Pro w/ M1 Max 10c cpu /24c gpu, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD, macOS Sequoia 15.1 2018 11" iPad Pro w/ A12X cpu/gpu, 256 GB, iPadOS 18.1
A_B_C Posted April 17, 2015 Posted April 17, 2015 These ideas are very nice … I am inclined to add "as always", Ronny … ;) ronnyb 1 Quote
ronnyb Posted April 17, 2015 Author Posted April 17, 2015 Thanks Alex, but I cannot claim them to be mine :) It's just stuff you pick up over the years of doing this work, specially for the back-end/pre-press folks, these things help make managing jobs easier... AshTeriyaki Posted April 17, 2015 Posted April 17, 2015 I'd also have a straight up "delete unused" command to save the extra click :) ronnyb and Petar Petrenko 2 Quote
