Would you mind starting from scratch recording all the actions you perform ?

This error occurs after several operations. (color format change, resize, undo, delete, add ...) This error occurred multiple times.

For this reason... Next time I'll try to be more detailed;)

I did some testing ...
There is indeed some expansion with reduced opacity at the edges. 
But I don't know if it's a bug !!

Your's rectangles dimensions (in pixels) are's not integers but decimal numbers. Maybe for that reason...

Hey J.T,

I was able to reproduce this with some effort! It looks like the bounding box is becoming offset which is causing the transparent pixels to appear. This was logged against macOS but has been fixed so this should make its way to Windows.

Could you try doing it with Snapping turned off to see if you can reproduce it?
