keymael Posted February 16, 2019 Posted February 16, 2019 good morning, I lost my serial number which I bought 3years ago for affinity photo. can you tell me how can I have this serial for the new beta version? I used an old address... which was contact@xxxxxx.ovh thanks Quote
walt.farrell Posted February 16, 2019 Posted February 16, 2019 You shouldn't need a serial number if you have the retail version of Affinity Photo still installed. Are you on Mac or Windows? Alfred Posted February 16, 2019 Posted February 16, 2019 The OP seems to be a Windows user, so the product key should be available via his or her Affinity Store account. Just login to the Affinity store specifying the email address and the password you used when you created the account. I'm still not clear what you're saying. Are you saying that you've forgotten the password you setup, and because you changed email you can't reset it? If so you will need to email Serif, but I'm not sure of the right email address to suggest. One of the Serif staff will probably respond with that information. Sorry.
