In the new beta version, I started a document with a text frame, I typed in Arial at 24 point

This is a test

and I got

This is a Test

displayed.

I have tried it several times and it is not a miskeying.

So the lowercase t becomes capitalized.

Does anyone else get this or have I unknowingly done something to the setup or something?

It's a known problem in the beta, expect a fix in a later version

For now you can switch off the option to "Capitalise first letter of sentences" in Preferences if it interferes too much with your typing/work

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

Well, I still can't find it.

Could someone please show me how to do it starting with one of the words on the menu bar please.
