bures
I try to find answer on the forum but I did not found anything usefull. How to resize selected shape with mouse tool instantly when the big zoom is set? I know how to resize shape using Move tool and drag blue handle. But if i set a big zoom the blue handles are moved far far away. It could be useful to be able drag not only blue handles but object geometry too. Dan C
Hi bures Unfortunately it's only possible to resize an object currently with a mouse by dragging the nodes, the rest of the bounding box is used to move the object. You could try using the transform panel, however this does not allow for resizing by dragging a mouse. Perhaps you could post a Feature Request on the following forums if you'd like to see this added in a later update! https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/forum/52-feature-requests-feedback/
walt.farrell
One could use the Navigator to move the image and locate one of the nodes, then use the mouse for resizing. Good idea, by placing one guide to know where to stop and another to avoid deviating because the movement is done in the blind.

The object size setting node could always be displayed in half of the displayed part of the object. It would therefore appear relative, not absolute.
