DragonWhimsy Posted September 29, 2021 Posted September 29, 2021 +1, and sooner rather than later if at all possible. There's two main purposes to the pixel persona, sketching and adding textures to vector objects. If I have to sketch in a competing product to get perspective guides then the pixel persona is 50% less useful. And having such a strong raster mode in a vector program is supposed to be one of AD's strengths. Quote

HenrikM Posted March 14 Posted March 14 We really need a perspective grid in the Affinity products. My current procedure for creating a grid in Affinity Designer: Create a perspective grid in Procreate. Take a screenshot. Use Google Drive to copy the screenshot to my laptop. Use the grid in Affinity Designer. That is, I need to use both my iPad and my laptop, and THREE applications (Procreate, Screenshot, Google Drive app) to create a somewhat usable grid in Affinity Designer. Oh, and I need a network connection. It is ridiculously overcomplicated. Affinity does support a bunch of edge cases for grids, but except for a basic square grid, not the most usable grids. Quote
