citroenDS Posted February 14, 2018 Posted February 14, 2018 Can you tell me where they are - I don't use them and I can't find them anywhere on my Mac to get rid of them! Quote
Staff DWright Posted February 14, 2018 Staff Posted February 14, 2018 The macros are installed within the Affinity Photo app, to remove these please open the Library and the click on the menu button next to the category name and from the drop down menu select Delete and this will remove the macros Quote
v_kyr Posted February 14, 2018 Posted February 14, 2018 These are small and don't take much place at all, so just remove the categories from inside the "library panel" with the hamburger menu delete entry, instead of wiping them off completely from the hard disk. Other than that take a look at the "macros.propcol" file in the directory "/Users/<USERNAME>/Library/Containers/com.seriflabs.affinityphoto/Data/Library/Application Support/user/". Just as a point of reference, I have somewhere around 80 macros installed. My macros.propcol file is about 13 MB. To put it in perspective, it is considerably smaller than just one typical RAW image format file. The default set would be much smaller than that, hardly worth the time & effort to remove it.
